Improve Your Routine with Fitness Classe

At Cristini Athletics, we offer what is called a Hybrid Membership. Our members are all part of an individual coaching and group coaching program. These are called Hybrid Memberships.


Our memberships all included unlimited class access to our CrossFit, Mobility and Open gym classes.  There are a few packages of memberships we offer that differ in amount of 1 on 1 attention desired.

Class Based Memberships

Our fitness studio offers group fitness classes like yoga and CrossFit, as well as sports-specific training for soccer, hockey and other sports. Our unique facilities and experienced instructors provide you with the tools you need to reach your goals. We encourage you to try our fitness classes and find the best one for you. If you are looking to get in shape, learn a new sport or just have fun while staying active, fitness classes in Markham and Woodbridge are a great option for you.

Instructor

Fitness has always been a part of Steve’s life. He literally grew up in the aerobics room and his first job was cleaning a gym. He is now a co-owner and Head Coach of one. Like other members of his family, he was born with a competitive spirit. He is a three-time CrossFit Games Regional athlete, who also participated in the CrossFit Games in 2016. He’s also competed in the Granite Games as well as Wodapalooza. As a certified coach, Steve’s specialties are perfecting movements and pushing people to a new level of mental and physical strength.

Anna C

Instructor

Anna is a fitness veteran with over 30 years of relevant experience. As co-owner and coach at Cristini Athletics, she and her sons (Chris and Steve), treat every gym member like they’re a part of the family. Over the course of her career, she’s taught aerobics, step classes, kickboxing, bootcamp, spin, and even Zumba. These days, CrossFit is her program of choice. She’s a certified coach specializing in movement and mobility as well as weightlifting.

Coach

Chris has been a competitive strength athlete, coach and certified personal trainer for almost 2 decades.
He loves sharing his passion for strength training and wellness with others and teaching clients how to use fitness as a catalyst for positive change in other areas of life. He is a compassionate coach who is committed to helping clients reach their individual goals, through evidence-based methods and practical, long-term strategies.His favourite things about CrossFit are the focus on long term health, the strong sense of community and comradery and of course, throwing around a barbell!

Alex T

Instructor

From the time he competed as a teen in the Crossfit Games in 2013, Alex’s love for the sport of Crossfit has only grown over the years. He was on the 2015 Junior Provincial and 2016 Senior Provincial Weightlifting team. Alex loves teaching new members weightlifting skills and is very passionate about helping members achieve their goals.
