From there we will take you through our fundamentals program. This includes 3 mandatory 1 on 1 sessions, to help us assess you, educate you and get you prepared for the group sessions. “Well I don’t need that!”
Everyone comes to us from different walks of life. Experienced or not, fit or not, injury free or not. Our goal is to determine exactly what your path should look like before we just throw you into the group format. It allows us to build a better rapport and understanding of what you need to be able to succeed in achieving your goals.
Once you finish your fundamentals, you will move into a hybrid membership. We will determine which level you should be on based on a conversation between you and your personally assigned coach.
Our one-hour CrossFit sessions are designed to push you to new strengths, fitness and mobility levels. We combine weightlifting, gymnastics, cardio and plyometrics exercises to create a demanding yet fast-paced workout. The classes are designed for all levels, with both strength training and cardio exercises being scalable depending on your ability. Each class brings a mix of challenges to improve your overall health.
This class is a cardio free hour of slow and controlled bodybuilding, physio style and gymnastics movements designed to strengthen posture, form and keep the body moving well when doing other larger lifts or movements. It is beneficial to those who normally attend CrossFit Classes, or HIIT Classes. Its slow pace is perfect for anyone at any level.
The 45-minute mobility class is perfect for recovery and flexibility. It helps with sore muscles from training and develops the flexibility needed for CrossFit training. This class is great for anyone looking to relax and loosen up after a week of intense workouts.
At Cristini Athletics, we offer what is called a Hybrid Membership. Our members are all part of an individual coaching and group coaching program. These are called Hybrid Memberships. Our memberships all included unlimited class access to our CrossFit, Mobility and Open gym classes. There are a few packages of memberships we offer that differ in amount of 1 on 1 attention desired.
Instructor
Fitness has always been a part of Steve’s life. He literally grew up in the aerobics room and his first job was cleaning a gym. He is now a co-owner and Head Coach of one. Like other members of his family, he was born with a competitive spirit. He is a three-time CrossFit Games Regional athlete, who also participated in the CrossFit Games in 2016. He’s also competed in the Granite Games as well as Wodapalooza. As a certified coach, Steve’s specialties are perfecting movements and pushing people to a new level of mental and physical strength.
