CrossFit Classes for Kids are a great way to introduce them to fitness and teach them lifelong skills. Our CrossFit Classes mix the elements of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics and functional training to help them become strong, agile kids and athletes. We offer classes for all levels of fitness, from beginners to experienced athletes and our small group fitness training encourages teamwork and accountability. Our Dryland Sports Training Program prepares them for their chosen sports with specific exercises and drills crafted for their needs.
These classes introduce kids and teens to the basics of training. They’ll learn the fundamentals of weightlifting, plyometrics, endurance, and of course, CrossFit. Students will develop flexibility, strength, power, agility and coordination. Coordination is a skill most pre-pubescent and pubescent kids struggle with. This class can also be used as supplemental training for those currently involved in sports.
