Our Weightlifting Program Will Take Your Strength to the Next Level

Join our 90-minute Weightlifting club, where we concentrate on the Snatch and Clean and Jerk movements. Led by a Cristini Athletics coach, we prioritize excellent form to unlock your full potential. All skill levels are encouraged to participate if you are seeking improvement for CrossFit or a lifter aiming to return to competition. Our Weightlifting program spans 6 weeks and is offered throughout the year at both of our locations.
